Disc Retriever Warranty Information

Limited Warranty: Our DISC Retriever is covered by a limited 90 days' warranty (original sales receipt required) which covers the product for the original owner against the following defects in materials and workmanship only:

1. Detachment of the hook (check that the hook is fully screwed into the pole and the nut is tight by turning each clockwise until tight before each use).
2. Telescoping pole will not fully collapse or extend.
3. Joint failure or separation.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use. The user is fully responsible for using it in a manner to prevent the pole from bending. The pole is not designed to withstand excessive lateral force, weight or pressure. Open and close the DISC Retriever by hand without using excessive force. Do not push it against the ground to close it. Do not sling or swing the DISC Retriever to open it as this will destroy the joints and void the warranty.  

Note: All telescopic disc retrievers will eventually fail due to buildup of debris from the water in the joints. Extend its life by using, opening  and closing it properly; keep it clean and lubricated with a dry lube.
